Shipping Policy

In the day and age of Amazon Prime, we know customers are looking to get their items as quickly and inexpensively as possible!

We do want to let you know, however, that we are a small, family company of just two - the two of us hand-make and hand-wrap every single item you get, from start to finish. Further, we're working from home, our young children are learning from home, and the pandemic has drastically altered the availability and delivery of vital ingredients, materials, and packaging. We want you to be aware of this when you choose to order from us. We know that gives us a disadvantage against some larger companies, but we hope our quality, handcrafted products will convince you that it's worth the wait.

By placing your order, you agree to all the terms outlined in our “Shipping Policies” below. Shipping options may be selected at checkout with our Carrier Calculated Shipping drop down menu.

All orders will ship via either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO locations and U.S. territories will ship via US Postal Service.

Shipping Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is valid, correct, and deliverable. Any packages returned to sender are subject to our return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable. 

US Territories and APO/FPO Locations:

Customer orders shipping to APO/FPO locations, Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, will ship via the U.S. Postal Service. 

Delivery times to APO/FPO locations vary greatly. US locations may take 10 days, while overseas locations may take up to 30-45 days to deliver.
Everyone love our handmade soaps and body butters to order in micro batches for maximum freshness and efficacy. These treats are special because we add botanical in each product and we produce every natural skin goodies in our blending studio. Depending on current inventory, orders may be shipped as soon as 4 days after you place your orders and may take as long as 3 weeks. Once products are shipped, they must clear customs and then be repackaged to come to your door. This process takes at least a week. 
Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before an order is assembled. In this event, you will be refunded for the out of stock item. .
We do our best to keep a full inventory stocked to reduce waiting times, but there may be a delay. Always remember that good things come to those who w
International Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping to our current list of countries is $37.00 except for Canada.
Canadian Flat Rate Shipping is $19.00
International delivery from Pennsauken may take an additional 8 working days. Any additional custom delays are unfortunately out of our control.
Within the United States we ship all orders complimentary via USPS delivery. 
We use USPS for international delivery at a cost of $18.00 per package regardless of size and would advise that it is your responsibility to track your package once it is tendered to the shipping carrier.
The Organic For You is not responsible for any delays incurred due to local or international customs issues, nor any additional duties of taxes your country may require.We recommend familiarising yourself with your local import policies prior to ordering.

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify our tesm in the care team within seven days who will endeavor to take care of you. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. We also ask that you contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
